With teams often being kept apart due to COVID and working from home, get your team together to reconnect. Sailing is a great way to build teamwork, as the crew need to work together to sail the yacht.
Treat your team to an unforgettable experience on beautiful Moreton Bay. A day out sailing will bring out their competitive spirit and inspire new ideas and teamwork.
Sailing team building is an ideal activity to add to company wide or sales team conferences and can set the theme for major sales promotions or product launches.
Schedule 9am - 12:30pm
9am: Team arrive at the marina and stow their kit onboard
9:15am: Safety Briefing, yacht familiarisation and allocation of roles such as helm, navigation, tactician, spotter, main sail crew and genoa crew
9:45am: Depart for morning sail. Hands-on instruction for each role as the sail progresses
12.30pm: Return to dock and debrief. Optional lunch at RQYS
Price $160 per person. Minimum 8. Maximum 10.

1:30 pm: WAGS race. Your skipper will helm over the start line, and then it's over to your crew to put their new skills to the test.

5:00pm: Optional drinks and WAGS presentation at Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron.
