Standard Inclusions

To make life simple, we include pretty much all you will need for a great day. Just bring a towel,  food to eat (or buy a Catering Package) and alcohol.

All charters include, at no extra charge:

Maximum Number of Guests

The maximum occupancy for day sailing is 12 people for day charter and 6 people overnight (in 4 cabins/3 en suites). 

Smoking and Vaping

The yacht has a no-smoking and no-vaping policy, consistent with Queensland smoking and vaping laws that prohibit smoking and vaping in commercial vehicles with more than one person present. Full-day and extended-day cruises visit islands that will provide an opportunity to smoke or vape.  

Wildlife Sightings/Fishing

The bay has dugongs, dolphins, turtles, stingrays and many types of fish. You may see wildlife on your trip. however, it is not guaranteed. 

We have fishing rods on board. All the anchorages we visit are in the Moreton Bay Marine Park and are zoned to allow fishing. Please bring bait if you would like to fish. You may catch a fish or you might not.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling or modifying a booking is very difficult due to the need to reserve crew, that guests usually book at least 4 weeks out and therefore the very likely possibility that a booking cancelled within weeks will not be able to be refilled. Therefore, please note the following cancellation and modification policies: 

>   more than 30 days from the charter date, 80% refund

>   within 15-30 days from the charter date, 50% refund

>   within 14 days from the charter date, nil refund

Bad Weather Guarantee

We will happily reschedule your sailing day to avoid rain and bad weather. 

 

We also reserve the right to reschedule your sailing day at the skipper’s discretion for your safety, which will typically be done if a strong wind warning is issued from the Bureau of Meteorology.

Finally, your preferred destination may not be viable on the day due to wind direction and strength. We will discuss this with you to decide on an alternate destination or a postponement.

In the event your cruise is postponed, we will issue you a credit valid for one year from the original sailing date.

Payment

We accept payment via debit/credit card and via direct debit to our bank account.  A 50% deposit is due on booking and the balance two weeks before the charter.
